Snowshoeing Around Trego, WI
Snowshoeing is a great way to quietly venture into the fresh snow, as you make your way through the beautiful Northwoods. When it comes to finding the perfect things to do in Wisconsin through our long winters, we like to highlight an increasingly growing sport, snowshoeing, as everyone can take part in it. We are fortunate to have many excellent sites to explore nearby our Wisconsin Northwoods. True winter adventurers don’t usually follow a trail, but rather head out into undeveloped lands. With our vast country forests and national forest lands, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to explore these nature trails. Though the amount of marked snowshoe trails is still growing, those we do have are outstanding! From smooth trails to some of the most rugged terrain in the area, there is a trail for everyone.
